A Multi trader is required, working for a local social housing contractor. The Multi trader role will involve carrying out maintenance works on domestic/void properties. It would be ideal if you can carry out basic wet multi trade works, such as; Tiling, patch plastering and painting. Must have previous social housing/domestic experience.
Daily responsibilities of a Wet Trader are:
- Carrying out works on domestic & void properties
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Using a PDA system to oragnise and complete jobs
Requirements of a Wet Trader:
- Must have a full UK driving licence and own van
- Must have previous social housing experience
- Must have experience of using a PDA
Benefits for the Wet Trader role:
- No weekend work
- Monday to Friday 08.00am-15:30pm
- Van and fuel card supplied
