Summary

Part-Time Receptionist - 25 Hours Per Week
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Location: Riddrie, Glasgow - Onsite Parking Available
Security Clearance: PVG Required

We are currently seeking a friendly and organised Part-Time Receptionist to join our team at our site in Riddrie. This is a key front-facing role, ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a professional, welcoming manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and redirect incoming telephone calls
  • Oversee and manage the shared inbox
  • General administrative support
  • Document management, including archiving notes and files
  • Meet and greet all visitors to the premises
  • Communicate effectively with external visitors

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A professional and approachable demeanour
  • Previous experience in reception or administrative roles (preferred)
  • A current PVG
