Summary
Our Client is Hiring: Accounts Payable SpecialistWe're working with a valued client who is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency. In this role, you'll be instrumental in supporting the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring invoices are processed and payments are made on time.
Important Details
- £15 - £17.50 per hour depending on experience
- ASAP start
- Swindon based
- Fully on-site position
- 2-4 weeks with possibility of extension
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and process supplier invoices
- Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure timely payments in accordance with agreed terms
- Respond to internal and external queries professionally
- Assist with ad hoc finance tasks and reporting
Ideal Candidate:
- Fully competent and confident in using SUMIF, VLOOKUPs and formulas in Excel
- Self-motivator and able to work proactively
- Confident communicator with a problem-solving mindset
