Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) | Up to £27,000 | Full-Time
Our client, a welcoming and well-regarded nursery rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted, is looking for a passionate and qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their nurturing team. What You’ll Need
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (or equivalent)
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- A sound understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A kind, proactive, and patient approach to working with young children

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging activities that inspire curiosity and development
- Build trusting, supportive relationships with children and their families
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress, adapting learning plans to meet individual needs
- Work collaboratively with your team to maintain a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment
- Adhere to safeguarding policies and health and safety procedures at all times
- Contribute to the warm, inclusive culture of the nursery through positive communication and teamwork
