Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial & Pricing Assistant to support our Pricing and Contracts functions. This role is particularly well-suited to individuals with a paralegal background who are looking to apply their legal, analytical, and administrative skills in a commercial setting.

You’ll work closely with our Pricing and Legal teams to manage contract documentation, support pricing analysis, and ensure compliance with internal processes. This is an excellent opportunity to transition into a commercially focused role while leveraging your legal training.

Key Responsibilities:

Pricing & Commercial Support

  • Maintain and update pricing data using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and other reporting tools.
  • Assist in preparing pricing proposals and financial models.
  • Conduct research and due diligence to support pricing and contract decisions.

Contract Administration

  • Review and maintain commercial agreements and contract templates.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather documentation and approvals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all contractual agreements and correspondence.

General Administration

  • Provide administrative support to the Pricing and Commercial teams.
  • Prioritise tasks, check data for accuracy, and draft correspondence.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Candidate Profile

  • Paralegal qualification or experience in a legal support role preferred.
  • Strong understanding of contract structure and legal terminology.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
