Receptionist16 hours Per Week, Term Time Only (Mon - Thu)Scale 2, Points 4 - 5, £24,404 - £24,790 (Actual Salary £9,178.79 - £9,323.97)Start Date - 1st September 2025Required from September 2025, the children, staff and Governors of Hollywell Primary School are seeking to appoint a warm and friendly Receptionist to work alongside a dedicated and motivated office team, who work to ensure the smooth running of the business and administrative functions of the school. This is a permanent post for 16 hours, term time only.Candidates will need to be confident, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to provide an efficient and friendly service and act as the first point of contact for parents, pupils, and visitors to our school. Experience of working in a school environment would be an advantage however is not essential as training will be available for the right candidate. The hours would be worked ideally between 8:30 - 12:30pm Mon -Thurs, however for the right candidate we may consider a different working pattern.About UsAt Hollywell, relationships are at the heart of all we do.
