Person specification Qualifications Essential criteria Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent to include English and Maths ar grades A-C (or equivalent) Experience Essential Criteria Recent experience of working in a data processing environment Experience of inputting data into systems and maintaining records Experience of using ESR Desirable criteria Experience of supporting projects Experience of producing reports and presenting data Experience of creating and administering communication media such as intranet sites Experience of arranging training or other events Skills and knowledge Essential Criteria Ability to prioritise workload Ability to work under pressure and remain calm. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate orally and in writing to staff at all levels Customer care skills. Excellent telephone manner Excellent IT/keyboard skills Excellent organisational skills Ability to be flexible and respond to changing priorities Good written skills Comprehensive IT skills, specifically Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Good understanding of the importance of confidentiality and information governance/GDPR High level of accuracy and attention to detail Personal attributes Essential criteria Awareness/understanding of confidentiality.
