Are you an experienced Maintenance Painter looking for your next role? We're seeking a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team in the Derry area. You will be working for a very well-established construction organisation, where you will be responsible for painting and general maintenance across a range of properties.
Your new role
- Perform maintenance painting tasks on vacant and occupied properties
- Surface preparation
- Mostly internal painting
- Touch-ups and ensuring work areas are clean and safe
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in painting and property maintenance
- CSR card (required)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Driving licence (preferred but not essential)
