We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Intermediate Care Assistant in our fully integrated health and social care Intermediate care service at the Bellfield Centre.

We are looking for an experienced, motivated and person centred worker who can demonstrate strong values and a desire to work in partnership to improve outcomes for people using the service.


You must have experience of providing professional care and support to older people and have knowledge and understanding of Intermediate care. You must have good organisational skills, communication skills and be committed to teamwork.

Completion of SVQ Level 2 in Social Care is essential for the post.

This post is a supply / Relief post with no set hours to provide essential cover for sickness and annual leave therefor a flexible approach to working is essential to this post.
