Summary

Level 3 Exercise on Referral Practitioner - Kingfisher

£25,176.01 to £25,867.77 (FTE)

We are looking for a passionate and qualified Level 3 Exercise on Referral Practitioner to join our team at Kingfisher Leisure Centre. In this rewarding role, you will coordinate and deliver our Exercise on Referral programme, supporting individuals with medical conditions to improve their health and wellbeing through tailored physical activity.
This is a temporary role for up to 6 months.

10 hours per week

Rota
Tuesday & Thursday 10:00-15:00pm

Key Responsibilities:
• Leading and delivering safe, effective, and engaging exercise sessions
• Conducting health and fitness assessments, consultations, and inductions
• Designing personalised exercise programmes based on individual needs and goals
• Liaising with healthcare professionals and maintaining accurate records
• Ensuring a high standard of customer care and professionalism at all times

Requirements:
• Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others
• Confident in delivering group and one-to-one sessions
• Organised, proactive, and a strong communicator
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:
• Level 3 Diploma in Exercise Referral (CIMSPA-recognised)
• Level 3 Personal Training qualification
• Proven experience delivering Exercise on Referral programmes
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Closing Date: Thursday 17th July
Interviews will take place onsite on Friday 18th July
