About the role:

We are looking for a Clinical Support Technician to join our Technical Services team who provide support to a wide variety of workshops and clinical facilities at our Preston campus. The successful candidate will primarily be focused on supporting undergraduate classes and research within our state of the art Clinical facilities based in Preston. Duties will include the set up and preparation of clinical laboratories, workshops and apparatus, and providing day to day technical support and advice to staff and to students.

About you:

The successful candidate will have experience of working in clinical environment and basic practical skills in Scientific laboratory techniques. You will also need an understanding and awareness of Health & Safety procedures and IT literacy skills and knowledge and experience of relevant software and support. An A level in a Science subject or equivalent experiential learning in a related discipline is required for this role.
