Summary
We are seeking MALE Carers compassionate and dedicated to join our Domiciliary Care team. We specifically require Male Carers for our Male clients. We don't mix genders on client home visits.
Duties included, but not limited to:
Travelling to/from service user homes, must have own transport.
Following their rotas accordingly.
Assist service users with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, medication, meal preparation and eating.
Support service users in maintaining their independence while providing necessary assistance.
Communicate effectively with service users, families, and colleagues to ensure the highest standard of care.
Follow individual care plans and report any changes in residents' conditions to the Care Manager.
Maintain accurate records of care provided and any significant observations.
Drive service users to appointments or activities as required, ensuring their safety during transport.
Utilise IT systems for documentation and communication purposes as needed.
