Qualified Practitioners: Level 3 in Childcare (or above)
Unqualified Practitioners: Unqualified but with hands-on experience in early years settings
Passionate Educators: People who genuinely love helping young children grow and thrive
Drivers with Own Transport: Ability to travel to various nurseries is essential or good use of public transport
