Summary
Lead on research projects related to family intervention in collaboration with members of the Meriden team and external colleagues. Develop a long-term research strategy related to family intervention. Review and refine existing training programmes. Support colleagues across the trust to implement family interventions in their teams. Work independently and in situations that are challenging. Developing bespoke training packages for external organisations. Refine strategies to improve the experience of families in contact with services.
