Summary

Experienced SEN Teaching Assistants Needed - Bracknell Schools

Location: Bracknell and surrounding areas

Start Date: Immediate and September 2025 starts available

Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for your next rewarding role? Do you thrive in supporting children with additional needs and enjoy making a positive impact every day?

We are working with a number of primary and secondary schools across Bracknell who are seeking skilled and passionate SEN TAs to join their dedicated teams.

About the Role:
  • Full-time and part-time roles available

  • Supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs including Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, and speech and language difficulties

  • Working 1:1 and in small group settings

  • Collaborating closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and external specialists

  • Helping create an inclusive, safe, and engaging learning environment

What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience supporting children with SEN in an educational setting

  • A calm, patient, and nurturing approach

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • A relevant qualification in education or SEN is desirable

  • Ability to use your initiative and adapt to changing needs
