About the Bakery NPD Technologist job
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent food science graduate to play a key role in the NPD process, guiding projects from initial concept through to successful launch.
Key tasks
Develop ideas, create recipes, source new materials, and write product specifications.
Collaborate with production teams; attend customer presentations, project meetings, and factory trials.
Conduct shelf-life assessments, quality taste panels, and contribute to idea generation.
Liaise with customers and carry out application work, ensuring cleanliness and good housekeeping in all work areas.
About You
The successful candidate shall ideally be a recent Bakery Science graduate (or similar relevance) and have a high passion for food and flavours, with an open approach to innovation, processes, and concepts.
