Job Title: MIG Welders
Location: Loughborough
Salary: £15 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Shifts: Monday - Friday
Contract: Temp to Perm

Manpower are working with a local manufacturer looking to add MIG Welders to their ranks to support their growing workload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on a range of metal components and assemblies

• Interpreting and working from engineering drawings without supervision

• Performing multi-run welds as required

• Supporting other areas of production during peak periods

The Ideal Candidate:

• Apprentice-trained or time-served welder/fabricator
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings confidently
• Quality-focused with strong attention to detail
• Willing to work as part of a team and assist where needed
• Overhead crane experience is a bonus
