About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Residential Site Manager to join our clients team based in Norfolk for an ongoing role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all on-site activities to ensure projects meet quality, safety, and schedule requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Implement and maintain health and safety standards on site.
• Monitor project progress, costs, and compliance with regulations.
• Manage site documentation and records effectively.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Site Manager in residential construction.
• Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme), First Aid, and CSCS certifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
