      Key Responsibilities:

      • Provide classroom support in your subject specialism or across several areas


      • Work with individual students or small groups to boost understanding and engagement


      • Support teachers with lesson planning, classroom setup, and resource development


      • Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment


      • Gain valuable insight into school life and effective educational practices


        Who We’re Looking For:

        • Graduates (or soon-to-be graduates) from 2025 with a 2:1 or higher


        • Ideally from a Russell Group or Top 20 UK university


        • Motivated by a passion for education and a desire to make a difference


        • Strong interest in one or more of the listed subject areas


        • Reliable, enthusiastic, and adaptable


        • Prior experience working with young people is beneficial but not required
