Summary

A reputable, FCA-authorised insurance brokerage is expanding across the Midlands and South and is seeking a Commercial Account Handler to join its growing team in Marston Green, near Birmingham. This appointment follows the recent addition of experienced Account Executives and forms part of a robust regional growth strategy.

In this position, you’ll support Account Executives with managing a commercial insurance client portfolio by processing renewals and endorsements, liaising with insurers, handling client queries, and maintaining accurate, compliant records. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Ideal candidates will bring previous commercial broking or insurance account-handling experience, strong organisational abilities, superb attention to detail, and familiarity with systems like Acturis and FCA compliance.
