We’re looking for a SDC Coordinator to join our Service Delivery team, helping to manage utilities, leases, and rent payments while ensuring that all properties meet contractual and compliance standards. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, financial acumen, and a passion for problem-solving.

What You’ll Be Doing

-
Building strong relationships with landlords, estate agents, and internal teams to keep everything running smoothly.

Managing utilities and council tax invoices, ensuring payments are accurate and on time.

Supporting lease management, handling queries, and keeping database records up to date.

Ensuring rent payments are processed correctly and resolving any payment issues.

Providing essential administrative support, from reporting and reconciliations to audits and compliance checks.

Using Excel, SAP, and other ICT tools to maintain and track financial and property data.



What We’re Looking For

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

-
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other ICT tools.

Experience in utilities billing, property management, finance, or administration is highly desirable.

-
A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

-
The ability to obtain Counter Terrorism Check (CTC) security clearance.
