Job Overview:
CBW is currently recruiting for an experienced AOV/Fire Alarm Engineer to join a busy Facilities Management company covering 4 sites across East London. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in both fire alarm and AOV systems, looking for long-term stability, with opportunities for training and progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, maintenance, and servicing of AOV (Automatic Opening Vent) systems
- Fire alarm system installation, servicing, and fault finding
- Ensure all works comply with current fire safety regulations
- Provide clear reporting and documentation for all works carried out
- Communicate effectively with site staff and management
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with both AOV and fire alarm systems (installation & maintenance)
- Clean UK driving licence (essential)
- Ability to work independently across multiple local sites
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
