Summary
Nepacs has been supporting people affected by the criminal justice system for over 140 years. We’re now looking for two welcoming, reliable and compassionate Visits Services Project Workers to join our dedicated team supporting people visiting loved ones in custody.
Based in HMP Frankland visitor centre, you’ll be the first point of contact for families and friends arriving to visit. You’ll offer a warm welcome, practical support, information, and help make the visiting experience less stressful – particularly for first-time visitors.
You’ll also help run the tea bar and supervised play area, support our amazing team of volunteers, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the centre.
We’re looking for someone who’s organised, friendly, and resilient, with great communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting others. Experience in customer service, the voluntary sector, hospitality or admin would be ideal.
