Summary
Our client, based in Newent, Gloucestershire is currently recruiting for an Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team on a three-month temporary basis.
The successful candidate will provide administration support to the Safe Neighbourhoods Team through a period of transition, providing assurance to customers that they are being treated with fairness and respect. You will be required to have a DBS check.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain contacts with customers as directed by the Safer Neighbourhood Team members
- Printing, logging post and documents on the Company’s EDRM system in the correct manner
- Logging every contact and sending out standard letters and documents
- Carrying out initial risk assessment of anti-social behaviour and neighbour nuisance
- Reviewing and closing cases
- Assist with calendar management as requested
Candidate Attributes:
- Able to maintain confidentiality
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Experience of dealing with anti-social behaviour
Hours - 37 hours per week
Salary - £15ph
