Summary
Cleaning Operative – Hams Hall, Coleshill, B46
Hours: 20 hours per week (From 16:00, Monday to Friday)
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour.
Type: Part-time, Permanent.
Start Date: immediate start available.
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and motivated Cleaning Operative to join
our team at a client site in Hams Hall.
This is a role ideal for someone with experience in commercial or office cleaning.
Duties will include:
Daily office cleaning, including desks, kitchens, washrooms and communal areas
emptying bins and replacing liners.
Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces.
Use of ride on scrubber dryer machine in the Warehouse – 1 hour per evening
Ensuring all cleaning is carried out to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations.
Requirements:
Previous cleaning experience preferred.
Familiarity with cleaning equipment and use of scrubber dryer machines (training can be provided).
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Reliability and good timekeeping essential.
