We’re looking for a kind, reliable person to support a friendly and thoughtful young man - during his two-day-per-week placement at Chalk Farm.

About the Role:
The individual enjoys structure and benefits from having someone calm and consistent by his side. Your presence will help him feel secure, manage his routine, and get the most out of his experience at Chalk Farm. You’ll support him in staying engaged and confident and help create a sense of stability as he moves into adult life.

What We’re Looking For:
- A dependable, friendly person who enjoys helping others
- Someone calm under pressure and comfortable working 1:1
- Experience in support or care is welcome but not essential - we value the right attitude and life experience
- Confidence to use initiative while following guidance
