Who we’re looking for

We are seeking an experienced and talented marketing professional to deliver a results-driven marketing service to support our trust and schools to achieve their marketing goals and recruitment targets. You will work with school leaders to plan and deliver data-informed marketing strategies that increase awareness and attract families, pupils and employees to our schools. You’ll have experience of digital and social media marketing, with demonstrable success in planning and delivering marketing campaigns that achieve measurable results. With a data mindset, you will be adept at collecting and analysing marketing data to evaluate impact and uncover insights. A highly motivated team player who can influence, lead and motivate others, you will be creative yet delivery-focused with the ability to plan, prioritise and deliver at pace.

You will have:

• A degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, PR, English or a related discipline.
• At least three years’ experience in a marketing role.
• Demonstrable success in planning and delivering marketing campaigns that achieve measurable results.
• Experience of digital marketing to drive lead generation and conversion.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Experience of producing high-quality and engaging marketing collateral and content.
