Summary

THE ROLE

As Pilates Supervisor your main role is to drive sales and membership for the Pilates Department through excellent guest relations and people operations. Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:

  • Responsible for overseeing upkeep of studio maintenance, including the equipment, tech, fixtures and fitting4s
  • Provide assistance to Nobu Pilates Instructors regarding scheduling, increasing business and assisting with the administration queries.
  • Oversee day to day operations in the Nobu Pilates Studio to ensure the client and employee experience is running correctly.
  • Assist in managing sustainable work schedules and observing opportunities for growth.
  • Oversee people operations.
  • Provide assistance to the Director of Pilates with administration, social media, ambassador/influencer management and events.
  • Manage MindBody software and lead on resolving any issues through the support channels.
  • Anticipate, identify and proactively problem solve emergency situations.
  • To support, train, and develop any new members of the team and to make them feel welcome.
  • Assist with studio projects and new launches
  • To be an ambassador for Nobu as well as someone who embodies our values and commitment to our teams.

EXPERIENCE

  • Must have a full comprehensive Pilates qualification, with knowledge on all apparatus
  • Demonstrated experience and success with managing teams
  • Experience in the Pilates and fitness industry, working for a luxury brand
  • Proficiency in Mind body software
