Summary

Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Salary: £23,500 – £29,000 (dependent on qualifications and experience)
Hours: Full-time, 41 hours per week

Our client is seeking a dedicated and caring Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their welcoming nursery, which caters for children aged 0–5 years. This nursery provides a warm, home-from-home environment with bright, age-specific rooms and a spacious garden that encourages exploration, play, and learning.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)
  • Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices
  • A positive, caring attitude and a genuine passion for working with children

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the Room Leader with the daily running of the room and the wider nursery
  • Be a Key Person for your group of children—supporting their development, learning, and wellbeing
  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities based on the EYFS framework
  • Carry out observations and assessments to monitor progress
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment—indoors and outdoors
  • Build strong, professional relationships with parents and carers
  • Follow safeguarding and welfare policies at all times
  • Help prepare and maintain resources and learning areas
