Summary

The Green Parts Specialists, the UK's leading vehicle dismantling company, are looking for a Mechanical and Automotive Supervisor to join our forward-thinking team based in Skelmersdale WN8 9SU.
As a Mechanical and Automotive Supervisor, you'll play a key role in overseeing day-to-day operations within our dismantling and workshop departments. You will ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, while leading a team of technicians and dismantlers.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Maintain high standards of mechanical inspection, quality control, and documentation
- Coordinate workflow to meet daily targets and KPIs
- Train and mentor team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
- Liaise with inventory and sales departments to streamline operations
- Uphold and promote environmentally sustainable working practices

- Excellent organisational, communication, and team leadership skills
- Commitment to health & safety and environmental standards
- Previous experience in vehicle dismantling is a strong advantage
