Summary
Sirius Academy West are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic & friendly Cover Supervisor to join our Cover Team. In this role, will be responsible for providing high quality supervision for students during lessons when a member of staff is absent.
Salary Grade6, Point 14 £28,624 - Point 19 £31,067 pro rata, for 32.50 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time plus five additional training days (39 weeks per year).
The right candidate will enjoy working in a dynamic and very busy environment, when ‘thinking on your feet’ is often required using their own initiative whilst working alongside staff and students to ensure that all lessons are of a high standard. This is a role that would suit a flexible individual who enjoys a very hands-on and multi-tasking approach to the working day and is an ideal opportunity for the candidate to play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the cover provision of the school ensuring the success of our students.
