Summary
As an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Lead, in the People and Culture team, you will focus on delivering Coleg y Cymoedd's commitment to ensure that all colleagues, learners and visitors feel that they can be their authentic selves while they're here. We are fully aligned to Welsh Government's commitment to an anti-racist Wales by 2030 and the Equality and Diversity Lead plays a critical role in that. The post holder will report to the People and Culture Manager: Specialist Services.
