Salary: Edison Support Staff Pay Scales (Scale 6 16-20)
Hours: 36.25 per week (44.6 weeks per year)
Contract type: Full time permanent (term time only)
Start date: 1st September 2025
Duties include:
• Establishing nurturing positive relationships with pupils
• Support pupils with activities with support with literacy and numeracy skills
• Promoting positive behaviour and helping keep pupils safe
• Assisting with taking pupils on education visits
General Requirements:
• Experience of working with young people
• An awareness of commitment of equality
• A basic understanding of health and safety
• Understanding and implementing safeguarding procedures
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
