Summary

The Trustees at Victorious Academies Trust would like to appoint a Teaching Assistant Level 3 at Wild Bank Community School, Demesne Drive, Stalybridge, SK15 2PG.

Wild Bank is a one form entry school with 31 staff and 146 pupils aged between 3 and 11. Wild Bank’s school motto is ‘Working together we can achieve our best’.
Details about the role:
To start 1st September 2025 to 31st August 2026
Teaching Assistant Level 3 full-time Salary £27,269-£29,572
The role is fixed-term, part-time 25 hours per week, Term Time Only
With an actual salary - £16,205-£17,547 (Grade E Point 11-16).
The hours are:
Tues 8:30-3:30, Wed 8:30-3.30, Thu 8:30-4:00 (Staff Meeting), Friday 8:30 3:30 1 hour lunch each day with one 30min lunchtime club per week.We are a small one-form entry school with delightful children and dedicated and friendly staff. We require a Level 3 Teaching Assistant for 4 days per week. We will also require the suitable candidate to be flexible to cover in various classes at other times and to provide smaller group support for classes when needed. Experience of working across a variety of age-ranges is desirable. The proposed timescale for the selection and interview process is as follows:
