Staff Nurse (Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Learning Disabilities Nurse/RNLD) – Night Shifts – £20.80 per hour – 33 Hours – Luxury Mental Health Care Home
Our client is proud to offer exceptional care in a luxury care home setting, specialising in the support of older adults with mental health needs and behaviours that challenge. They are now looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join the team on permanent night shifts (33 hours per week). This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a highly regarded service that combines clinical excellence with a truly person-centred approach.
With a strong, values-led team and a Good CQC rating, the service offers a therapeutic and supportive environment tailored to complex mental health presentations.
What We’re Looking For
- NMC registration as an RMN or RNLD with relevant experience in mental health or complex behaviours
- Strong clinical skills and a sound understanding of safeguarding and risk management
- Confidence in managing challenging behaviours and supporting individuals with dignity and compassion
- A calm, proactive approach and the ability to work independently overnight
- Passionate about making a difference in the lives of older adults with mental health needs

Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to residents with complex mental health needs
- Lead and support the night care team, ensuring continuity and consistency of care
- Administer medication, monitor physical and mental health, and respond to clinical needs
- Develop and review person-centred care plans in partnership with residents and families
- Promote a positive, respectful culture that supports autonomy and individual choice
- Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records in line with professional standards
- Work collaboratively with external healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care
