Summary

We are looking for an organised and dynamic Organisational Development Administrator for our successful People Strategy team within our Human Resources department.

We are looking for an individual who will be working 29 hours per week on a 0.8 contract.

As the successful candidate you will have:

  • Great organisational skills to manage a range of different tasks
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A passion for learning and enjoy developing new skills and knowledge
  • advanced skills in Office 365 (word, excel, PowerPoint and share point)
  • strong office admin skills, ideally in an OD/HR environment

You will :

  • be keen to collaborate and work with colleagues on a range of projects and activities
  • Able to work independently to support a range of colleagues in different roles and areas of the university
  • have demonstratable IT skills
