Your Role as Supported Living Income Collection Officer for RWP: This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced customer-focused environment and is motivated by achieving results that matter.You will manage a caseload of rent accounts, proactively contact tenants and their representatives to prevent arrears and support them to access the financial help they are entitled to. This includes setting up affordable payment plans, providing Housing Benefit and Universal Credit guidance, submitting online benefit applications and taking timely action when accounts fall into arrears.You will also work closely with housing teams, local authorities and other partners to identify barriers and achieve sustainable solutions with a clear focus on helping tenants to maintain their tenancies.This is a Permanent contract, working 36.25 hours per week.
