Location - Buckley, Flintshire, North Wales (commutable from Chester, Mold, Wrexham, Deeside, and surrounding areas)
Contract Type - Temporary (Fixed-Term Contract, duration to be confirmed)
Working Hours - 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary - £13.00 - £14.50 per hour, depending on experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to join a dynamic team, delivering accurate and timely payroll services for weekly and monthly payroll cycles. THE JOB
Oversee the complete end-to-end payroll process for employees on weekly and monthly payroll cycles, ensuring accuracy in data input, calculations, and reconciliations.
Process employee payments, including deductions for tax, National Insurance, pensions, and other statutory requirements, with meticulous attention to detail.
Maintain and update payroll records using Sage Payroll software, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Resolve employee payroll queries promptly, collaborating with HR and finance teams to address discrepancies.
Generate payroll reports to support compliance with internal policies and external UK payroll regulations.
If needed - assist with year-end payroll tasks, such as P60s and statutory submissions, if required during the contract
YOU
Experienced in payroll administration is a must, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end payroll processes.
Proficiency in Sage Payroll software for payroll processing and reporting would be advantageous but not essential to an application.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when handling sensitive financial and personal data.
Understanding of UK payroll legislation, including tax, National Insurance…
No formal qualifications required; however, a payroll-related qualification would be highly advantageous.
