Summary
Cornishwoman entrepreneur is seeking a personal executive assistant to be a steady right-hand.
To work on a weekly, part time, self-employed basis, sometimes in the (home) office near Hayle, sometimes remotely, mostly desk based plus occasional life-admin assistance such as dog walking and sharing cake.
Hours and holidays negotiable (happy to work around school time, family or other commitments).
The employer is the executive director of a growing charity, chair of another and these will be the main area of work but will involve supporting some of the other projects on the juggle.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of a good level of executive assistance in corporate or charity sector, including but not limited to: scheduling, communication, data management and bookkeeping.
Confidence working with MSWord and related programmes, plus various apps required, plus proven ability to establish and maintain systems and schedules as a counterbalance to the employers’ slightly scatterbrained ways.
We’re looking for candidates who can demonstrate that they are calm, patient, good humoured, efficient, commonsensical, sensitive, flexible and reliable.
Candidates of all ages, backgrounds, abilities and identities encouraged to apply.
Two professional and one personal reference will be required and the candidate will be asked to agree to DBS certification.
