Summary
The Shires Removal Group is looking for a Branch Manager to oversee day to day operations.
Responsibilities as a Branch Manager:
• Oversee all site operations
• Lead, motivate and develop the Removals Team
• Maintain high standards in customer service and health & safety complience
• Manage key client relationships, including contract performance and renewals
• Analyse performance data to drive improvements in efficiency and cost control
• Oversee the planning and resource of removals, moves, and collections ensuring optimal use of people and vehicles
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation and company rules
• Ensure jobs are completed within the removal schedule
Experience needed to be successful in the role as a General Manager:
• Leadership experience in removals, logistics, transport, or similar industries
• Proven ability to manage teams and deliver results through others
• Strong operational background with a focus on planning, delivery, and service quality
• Confident managing commercial contracts and maintaining key client relationships
• Highly organised and calm under pressure
• CPC International/National (desirable)
