Summary


We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and compassionate individual to provide assessment of psychological needs and delivery of ethical and socially inclusive psychological interventions in Diabetes and Rheumatology. The post-holder is expected to demonstrate training and experience relating to working in the NHS with medical populations. Good capacity for maintaining clinical throughput in a high pressure environment is required, as is the capacity for effective team work with medical, nursing, and allied health professionals.

This role is a new post for the services; it will therefore provide the successful candidate an opportunity to be part of two successful multi-disciplinary teams managing patients with long-term conditions. The post requires an individual who will be able to successfully approach developing new ways of working in an innovative working environment helped by UCLH’s excellent links to research opportunities.
