Summary
Transport Admin
Location: Crick
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Shifts Available: Monday-Friday
- Day Shift: 06:00–14:00
- Night Shift: 14:00–22:00
We are looking to recruit two Transport Admins to join our team on a 6 – 8 week temporary basis, with the potential to move into a permanent role for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule transport operations efficiently
- Communicate with drivers, warehouse teams, and customers
- Monitor delivery progress and resolve any issues
- Update systems and ensure accurate transport documentation
- Ensure compliance with transport and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in transport planning or logistics coordination
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proficient in transport management systems and Microsoft Office
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
