Summary
PPC Analyst – Paid Search Specialist
Full-Time | £25,000 – £40,000 (DOE)
Are you passionate about digital marketing and driven by data? We’re looking for a PPC Analyst to join our team and help drive impactful paid search strategies for a diverse range of clients. Whether you're an experienced pro or someone with a strong interest in PPC who’s eager to learn, we want to hear from you.
We’re a growing, forward-thinking team that values curiosity, creativity, and collaboration. If you're enthusiastic about search marketing and want to make a real impact, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
• Plan, set up, and oversee PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (Bing), and other platforms. Conduct keyword research and craft compelling ad copy. Deploy ad extensions and audience targeting strategies.
Performance Analysis
• Monitor campaign performance with KPIs like CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates. Conduct A/B tests on ads and landing pages to enhance effectiveness. Analyse trends to find growth opportunities.
Optimisation & Strategy
• Continuously optimise bids, budgets, and targeting to boost results and ROI. Improve Quality Scores and relevance. Use geo-targeting, device targeting, and audience segmentation to refine reach.
Reporting & Insights
• Prepare regular performance reports with clear, actionable insights.
• Communicate campaign outcomes and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
What We’re Looking For:
Professional Competencies
• A genuine passion for paid search and digital marketing.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
• Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal.
• A quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Skills & Qualifications
• Previous experience in PPC, SEM, or digital marketing (agency or client-side).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Bing Ads.
• Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads certifications (preferred but not required).
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus—but not a deal-breaker.
What You’ll Get
• Permanent, full-time position.
• Flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle.
• Paid time off on your birthday.
• Up to 28 days of paid holiday.
• Extra annual leave for each year of service (starting from year two).
• Free on-site parking.
• Company pension scheme.
• Staff discounts and team social events.
• Supportive, inclusive team culture with a commitment to diversity and equal opportunities.
•Learning and development support, including access to certifications and training.
