Joining us as a Regional Facilities Manager - South
As Regional Facilities Manager role is to oversee the effective and compliant management of a diverse property portfolio, including office and technical sites, across the southern region. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality facilities services, supporting operational efficiency, safety, and strategic property initiatives.

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:
Lead multi-site facilities operations across office and technical properties, ensuring cost-effective, compliant, and high-performing environments
Drive contractor and stakeholder relationships, managing service delivery, vendor performance, and lease compliance across a national property portfolio
Champion health, safety, and sustainability standards, ensuring statutory
compliance and promoting continuous improvement in workplace environments
Utilise CAFM systems and data insights to manage assets, streamline maintenance, and support strategic property planning initiatives
What you’ll bring to the role
As an experienced Facilities or Property Manager You’ll also have:
Proven experience in multi-site facilities management, including hard and soft services, with a strong understanding of commercial property operations and compliance
Expertise in contractor and vendor management, with a track record of delivering cost-effective, high-quality service across office and technical environments
Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and Health & Safety regulations, including CDM, risk assessments, and method statements in a corporate FM setting
Proficiency in CAFM systems e.g., TABS FM and Microsoft Office tools, with excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
