Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in market research or business development, preferably in facilities services or related industries.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Self-motivated, results-driven individual with a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with market analysis tools or CRM software.
