Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children in our nursery setting. Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning through play, fostering children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships and support children's individual needs.
Manage daily nursery routines, including meal times, nap times, and transitions between activities.
Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records to inform planning and share with parents.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive team environment that encourages professional growth and development.
Uphold nursery policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
