Summary

We're looking for a Team Leader to join our Digital Solutions team based in Farnborough.



Location: Farnborough - applicants must be based in Farnborough

Contract: Permanent Full time

Salary: up to £33,000 per annum plus benefits and training



What will you be responsible for?

As a Team Leader you'll be working within the IMT/Ericsson team, supporting them in ensuring the telecommunication infrastructure is well maintained and repaired as necessary.

Your day to day will include:

-Ensuring the detailed test, inspection and condition surveys of mobile phone mast installations.

-Carry out inspections of towers, poles and fall arrest systems as well as testing anchor points, earthing, and lightning protection systems.

-Producing reports and undertaking minor remedial tasks, along with ensuring that all work is undertaken in a safe and proper manner.

-Liaising with a number of stakeholders, including but not limited to site providers, client staff and helpdesk administration.

-Attending internal and external review meetings, ensure PUWER, vehicle, calibration and training records are maintained, and to assist in the mentoring and development of site operatives.

-RF (Radio Frequency) Awareness and Safety

-First Aid at Height and Working at Height Medical

-Asbestos Awareness

-Manual Handling

-NRSWA Unit 2 (New Roads and Street Works Act)

-Rope Access

-MEWP (Mobile elevating work platforms)

This role of Trainee Team Leader is great for you if:

-Have experience in team leadership

-Are comfortable working at height

-Have knowledge of IT systems

-Hold a Full Drivers Licence

-Willing to travel
