We are currently recruiting for a Fire Safety Technical Manager.

The overall purpose of the Fire Safety Technical Manager is to lead and manage all aspects of fire safety across the group’s housing stock, ensuring legal compliance, effective risk management, and the delivery of a robust fire safety strategy. The Fire Safety Technical Manager will be responsible for overseeing fire risk assessments, managing fire safety works, and ensuring a high standard of fire safety policy, training, and performance throughout the association.

We are looking for someone to lead the Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) programme, ensuring assessments are suitable, sufficient, and acted upon within agreed timescales, work closely with the Asset Management, development teams and Llanw to ensure fire safety is embedded in planned works, refurbishments and new builds and support the management of all buildings under the Building Safety Act including safety case file development and resident engagement.

As part of the role you will oversee fire-related works including fire stopping, alarm installations, and compartmentation, support the management of all buildings under the Building Safety Act including safety case file development and resident engagement and act as the internal point of competence for fire safety issues.
