Summary

Serene HC UK ltd are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Manager to join our team in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to oversee maintenance operations and ensure the smooth running of facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.

Manage a team of maintenance staff, providing leadership, training, and support.

Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.

Monitor and manage budgets for maintenance operations.

Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers as needed.

Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.

Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.

Good communication and organizational skills.
