Production Operative – Brierley Hill
£12.21+ per hour | Temp to Perm | Day Shifts | Immediate Start
Are you looking for a long-term opportunity in a hands-on, heavy industrial environment? We’re recruiting for a Production Operative to join a growing team in Brierley Hill, working as part of a busy manufacturing process.
This is a physical role that requires a good level of fitness, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. You’ll be responsible for supporting various stages of the production cycle, ensuring output targets are met and safety standards maintained throughout the shift.
Working hours are on a rotating shift pattern of 6am to 3pm and 9am to 6pm Monday to Thursday. All staff work reduced hours of 8am to 12pm on Fridays. Overtime may be available during peak periods.
This is a temporary to permanent position with long-term prospects for the right candidate.
